Name and describe each product in words the model can see: brand, colour, pack shape. Good descriptions are the main accuracy lever.

Target planogram

Reference photos (for the local fallback)

capture from slot Pick a SKU's "Capture reference" with the product in that slot on the live shelf, or upload a photo.

Run the classifier on single-slot photos and get per-SKU accuracy. Name files skuid_anything.jpg (e.g. goodday_01.jpg, empty_02.jpg) or fix the label in the table.

Identify a product

Show one packet to the camera. Tap Identify (or turn on Auto) and it names the company, brand and product.

Provider OpenRouter API key

Saved only in this browser (localStorage). It is sent only to the OpenRouter endpoint below. It is never in the code or any repo.

OpenRouter does not expose /v1/decisions (checked Oct 8, 2026), so this route only works with an OpenAI key. Untested here without one.
